I walked in and was welcomed with a smile. Joe was very courteous and genuine. Wasn't pushy and let me make my own decisions. Made sure I understood everything I was signing and what I was paying for. Answered all my questions with patience and understanding. I felt like I made a new friend! If you need a car, go in and speak to Joe!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE I PAID 6,880 for a Truck that was fully inspected by a professional mechanic . That showed it has multiple leaks from the motor and power steering leak .Front and back shocks/struts leaking . Needs Cv joints and a air hose man all kind of things are wrong. And instead of helping me as a single mom he said have a good week goodbye! Again I say DO NOT SHOP HERE HE’S RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE ‼ufe0f‼ufe0f‼ufe0f‼ufe0f

Although I didnt find the right truckat this time, I recommend you talk to Joe at Irby Auto. He was very professional but at the same time didnt pressure me into buying what I didnt want. Great place to buy vehicles and they seem to really want to put you in the right vehicle!

Very impressed with them. Very responsive, and politely answered all questions prior to me even going up there. When I arrived, there was no hassle or high pressure sales tactics. He was honest and up front with vehicle information and condition, and knowledgeable about it's origins and history. Very reasonable on pricing. Advised of available warranty, but was not pushy about it. Highly recommend, the entire buying experience was very pleasant. Highly recommend!

I purchased a vehicle that did not run and had so many leaks that a machanic did not even want to repair it. I was told it needed two parts in order to run properly. I ordered the parts and was going to have it fixed. However it never ran. Then a couple of months later, we get a letter from the DMV and the County Auditor stating that my license was about to be suspended because the taxes were not paid for the vehicle. I paid tax, tag, and title upon purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately the seller never paid them. The lies, and dishonesty are not appreciated. May you fail at what you are trying to accomplish.nnWith regard to the taxes, I paid you for them upon purchase. Therefore the responsibility falls on you to insure that they are paid to the county. You stated, tax, tag, and title must be paid in advance. I gave you the funds. What you did with them still remains to be seen.nnPlease note that it's terribly unprofessional to have referred to me as the worst person you have dealt with. You may want to school yourself on how to properly respond to a negative review. There are loads of resources at your disposal. Google it!nnYou are impolite, aggressive, and extremely difficult to deal with. You are also dishonest, and greedy. It's really unfortunate to see a small business operate in this manner. I happen to be a small business owner, and I would never consider treating a client the way I was treated. Your inability to interact in a positive way with your clientele will be the down fall of what could have been a prosperous venture.
