Longest ever! We were traveling and ordered ahead in the app... got to the store, only drive through was open (the app said pick up was available) the person on the com “looked” for several minutes and told us to pull ahead. We waited FOREVER with 2 cars ahead of us. When we finally made it to the window they couldn’t find our order and the. When we showed them, they said they couldn’t make it there... all in all probably the worst Starbucks experience I have had. A quick coffee pick up turned into a 30 minute wait.

Stop here at least twice a week and always prompt service and great coffee. Nice offerings for breakfast, tasty protein snacks and bakery items. Drive through always busy but moves quickly. Easy off and back on I95 so great travel stop with plenty of nearby gas stations to refuel your vehicle.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. 1. No one acknowledged or greeted me when I came in or as I was waiting for my mobile order 2. The bathroom was disgusting and out of toilet paper 3. After waiting for over 10 minutes for my mobile order I asked her to check on my drink. She comes back with my drink that had been sitting near the drive through window 4. The drive through wasn’t even open, it was temporarily closed 5. My drink was watered down because it had been sitting in the back instead of where it should have been, the Mobile Order counter

Inside was closed. Drive-thru was open. Line moved pretty quickly. Ordered fruit and cheese platter. Fruit wasn't so good. Apples were completely soggy like they were frozen at some point. Coffee and service were good.

My son loved his iced caramel macchiato. I would love to try their tea the next time we visit.
