The ladies wore all some there .would go back when we go to Florida again
If I could give a negative star, I would. I understand mistakes are made, but it's how the mistakes are handled that make the biggest difference to me. This location made me feel as if they could care less either way. No apology was given. The severely undercooked burger was replaced and that was it. It wasn't even, I feel, as if I was given minimum effort to correct this problem. Not to mention, I had to take an additional 20 minutes from my work day to correct this. Customer service goes a long way and this location is missing all of it.
Two lines of drive-thru and one cashier inside provides adequate crew to handle the customers. To me, our McDonald's is better now than ever.
Worst McDonald’s and the bar was already low. Had tog o inside for curbside pickup after 20 minutes of my food just sitting there. Employee responded “ I don’t know how to tell when your food will be ready”nnThere’s literally a list of order numbers on a screen, just read it. I’ve seen the same 6 cars and in the drive thru and curbside spots too. I hope they had better experiences
Very nice staff. Large order was processed quickly. Definitely changed my negative opinion of McDonald's.
