I.....LOVE..... THIS..... STARBUCKS! Best one in town. I can ALWAYS ask questions about their different coffees, espressos, cold brews and they NEVER show any signs of frustration. They are friendly, professional, and CLEAN.

I usually go to the starbucks on the west side on 5 points but I was on the way to FMU so i went to the one on pamplico. I like to order the venti iced coffee with 4 pumps of white mocha, extra caramel drizzle, sweet cream, and vanilla cold foam on top. The first time I ordered that over there, they didn’t add the white mocha. The second time, they didn’t add the sweet cream after I told them twice. They repeated the order and I told them what they didn’t add which was sweet cream and caramel drizzle. They did not add the sweet cream but they did add the caramel drizzle. This order is not hard. I order it all the time on the other starbucks.

I am not happy right now I went to this location the one by the hospital on my way to church have been to this location other times I've been fine with the other times but this time I went I got three drinks one drink was not filled all the way one drink was didn't have enough syrup in it it should have had and the other drink was fine

I Love Going In and they all know my name and say Good Morning!!! Even though my coffee isn’t always available or right the staff is always Courteous and Pleasant!!!! Heading there now for the second time today ud83dude03

Usually great! Location is convenient as well. Past 2 weeks they've used the wrong milk (I order almond milk) I've gone back a few times to get it corrected. Like I said usually great, but these past 2 weeks I don't know what's going on!
