I see where this tax office is very highly rated, which indicates their quality service and customer courtesy are good, for the most part. However, I didn't get that customer courtesy when I called and spoke with Ms. Gloria just a minute ago. If you read this by any chance, Ms. Gloria, I was offended by the way you cut me off in the middle of my question concerning my investment property. I admit that I wasn't very articulate when asking my question, due to my nervousness; nevertheless, I should've been allowed to finish before you answered. And it didn't matter if you already knew the answer, I'm entitled to that degree of respect. I see some of the reviewers on here spoke highly of you. Unfortunately, I can't be one of those, because my experience with you was different.
