I don’t actually have a unit at this property but I was at my Public storage unit in Pineville yesterday and Susan was there filling in. I voiced a complaint about my rent going up and she followed up the next day and was able to keep me at my same rate for the next three months. It’s rare to find someone that actually follows through on what they say they are going to do. She is super sweet and Public storage is lucky to have her as an employee.

We have helped customers move in to this location and the customer service here is great! There was a lot of coordinating for a move from New York and the manager here made it easy. The drive up units are level with the ground which made our job so much easier when packing the unit.nnEdited to add: The customer service here is great and I now store here as well! The girls in the office are always nice and very helpful. I recommend them to everyone.

It is so convenient to be able to pay my bill at any Public storage.
