I was impressed with how clean and nice the project was and found the front desk knowledgeable, helpful and conscientious....not always the case in this business. I would not hesitate to rent from these people again. Impressed by the safety of the units.

I was paid through Sept 30,2017. Found out that my unit was moved out of the system August 17,2017. No phone call, letter, nothing. Then tells me that my stuff went for auction because it was unpaid, however if the unit was taken out of the system and it just sat there without trying to notify anybody about the situation I don't think legally you can try to auction it. contact them yesterday put it back in the system however I do not feel that I should have to pay for October and November I should only have to pay for when she put it back in the system since it's been out of the system. this isn't the first time it's happened. It happened to my daughter and then when they had a break-in and lock were cut it happened to my mother and no one notified her and her unit was left unlocked.
