StayLock Storage

We found ourselves suddenly in need of a storage unit on a day that most storage facilities don't have staffed hours. I tried to get a hold of/reserve a unit online with at least three different companies. Most of them was calling through a automated line based in another state, but not StayLock. I put in a move-in request easily online and received a call from the property manager, Cindy. She made the move-in process so simple and easy, as well as, gave us the highest level of customer service imaginable for the duration of our rent. I know that I greatly appreciated how clean the facility was, the convenient location, and the quality of communication. If I ever find myself in need of a storage unit in the Rock Hill area again, I know exactly where I will turn back to. Mainly because of how wonderful their property manager is to communicate with.

This was a very easy for me being that it was my first time renting a storage unit. I started the rental process o the phone and finished it in the office.The lady at the front desk was awesome!!

Great place to use for storage, Cindy at the front desk is always very helpful. Very secure place and the climate controlled storage worked great, would recommend this place for anyone!
