I recently bought a compact tractor from them and was told the mower deck would be in in about 4 weeks. About a week and a half later it showed up and was installed right away. Awesome customer service. It was a pleasure dealing with Mark as a salesman and I highly reccomend Reister and Schnell. I will definately be back for service! A+++

Andrew came out to service our lawnmower today. He noticed that one of the belts was about to snap and showed us right away. He also showed how to take the lawnmower apart if I needed to get to anything. He was very kind and so helpful. Great experience! Thanks, Andrew!! :)

Now I know why I quit going to Reisterer & Schnell 10 years ago. Right off the young gentlemen copped an attitude because I did not call in my order which after the way I was handled do not believe that would have made in any difference. I gave him the year, model and the size of the deck with number off the John Deere website for my belt. What more do you need correct? Well evidently there is 2 different belts sizes for my lawn tractor, but dis I mention that I gave him the number off the belt off the website. plus I have put the same belt on my tractor 3 other times. When I told him that was belt I wanted he then he copped his attitude! When I voiced my frustration when I was walking out the door someone tried to see if I needed anything. Yes, we need EIS Implement!
