Five Star painted the interior of our home last year and they did a great job. This year, we needed to paint the exterior and after considering three paint companies we went with Five Star.nRichard provided an outstanding assessment of our home, recommending various types of paint for each area and, most importantly, explaining his reasoning for each paint. Some repairs were required on our dormers and he had a carpenter take care of that part of the project.nThe work began on schedule with the house being pressure washed then painted. The workers were careful, efficient, polite, and cleaned up when they finished - on schedule.nWe were very pleased with result and would recommend Richard and Five Star Painting.

Five Star Painting of Charlotte is an outstanding company. I have used them twice. Richard is very knowledgeable about all aspects of paint and painting and makes excellent suggestions. He provides a detailed written quote. His painters are very professional and prompt. They do top quality work and leave the work area clean. Richard checks daily on all work being done. I don't think you can go wrong with Five Star. I plan to use their services again in the future.

I have used this company several times. They are my go to for paint. They help with picking/matching the paint with the room decor and needs and above all they are trustworthy, on time and very reliable. I would highly recommend.

Seriously unprofessional office staff as well as estimator. I contacted this company on Monday, we set an appointment for that Wednesday. When the appointment day and time arrived, nobody bothered to meet me on-site. (The job was for a commercial site (two 450 foot buildings.))nnI wasted two days waiting for an appointment that this company never bothered to show up for. When it became apparent the estimator missed the appointment I called the office. The young lady who answered the phone told me that the estimator would get in touch with me. Nobody had the decency to call me back.nnThank you for wasting my time. I would absolutely not recommend this company.nnUpdate: It was most definitely your company.
