Went here for my first oil change on my first vehicle. Have since learned that they charged me for a service that doesn't exist in addition to trying to sell me more products and convince me into replacing parts that didn't need replacing.nIf all you want is an oil change they are quick, but they are also out to take advantage of folks who don't know much about cars. I will not be returning and do not recommend it.

I stopped in for an oil change, one bay was full and the other was completely empty. I sat there for 20 minutes, and no one even looked my way. I saw employees walking outside for a smoke etc, but they never said a word to me. I drove away and called them, and asked if they were open. They said they were open, with no wait. I then asked them why I waited for 20 minutes. The man on the phone dropped a F bomb, then hung up
