ISI Elite Training - Fort Mill

Really enjoyed this place! Went for my first time today and I can honestly say I had a very intense workout! Lots of fun! Great music! Great trainers! Very positive energy all over. Everyone in the gym is supportive and kind, but push you to your limit without doing too much. Not really an impulse buyer, but I dived in for the membership and plan to achieve my body goals here! Was nervous about coming, definitely no regrets!

Took my first class indoors! Great trainers to motivate you and train the correct way every step of the way. All the trainers are friendly and will answer any questions with no hesitation. It’s not your ordinary gym. It’s like we are a family to help reach our fitness goals. So much enthusiasm and full energy. ud83dudcaaud83cudffcud83dude0a

I had my first workout at ISI tonight and that place ROCKS!! The trainers were so attentive and modified many of the exercises to accommodate my injuries. I loved it so much I signed up for the unlimited membership! I’m super excited to get healthy and let ISI be my guide!!

Just took my first class. Can you say AWESOME?nEveryone there was so nice from the very start.nThey went over everything in detail.nThe classes are well run. It was easy to understand what to do next. The coach checked on me several times to make sure I was doing okaynI was really impressed with how nice the other members were.nI am sure I broke protocol or got in someone’s way several times. Being my first time and all....they were very gracious and helpful. That was the icing on the cake for sure.nI am joining! I need this in my life.
