A-PLUS!!! Eric in the Service Dept...this gentlemen went far above and beyond to help me with a car issue. Deana also in the service dept., went beyond when helping me earlier in the week. Stopped in late on a Thursday. Roughly an hour before closing. Needed a new vehicle that evening. James, a Sales Specialist on-site in Appleton, took me around the lot and let me see the best suited selections. He provided a nice narrative to the vehicle I was interested in pursuing, and paired it with a test drive. James and staff stayed late & were able to get me taken care of that same evening. I appreciate the help & your willingness to work with me to find the best fit, in a timely manner.

Every time I go in for car wash the employees are so nice! Went for oil change today and ofc had to wait a bit because it’s Saturday but was reasonable amount of time and as usual I was treated exceptionally well! So glad we got our vehicle at Russ Darrow!
Great experience with this dealer! This was my first car purchase, and my nerves were a little wracked as a result. Everyone was very friendly, and I felt very comfortable going through the test-driving and purchasing process! :)
