Great gym. Very clean and everyone cleans after themselves mostly.
The hot tub makes it all worth it. Lawd please open that sauna back up tho...
It is a wonderful place where Braun muscles and brains can coexist in a somewhat zin nirvana. A place where the mind and body meld in a place of happiness and stress free environment that is reminiscent of a bygone era.
Been a member since the gym first opened in Rock Hill. They have the best cycling instructor Janice and Kameta is the best at Zumba. There were a variety of classes offered until Covid-19(sauna the best part after your workout). This gym is for all age and fitness levels!
