I bought a new Lincoln Aviator from Bergstrom in May. The process was different, but easy due to Covid 19. Loved the car at first, and then the oil leak happened. Vehicle was in the shop for a week to replace a gasket. 3 days after getting the car out of the shop, the coolant drained out on the highway, and again I was stuck. This had to be caused by something done during the repair the week before, but Bergstrom never admitted any wrong doing. So, the car was back in the shop for a month this next time.nnI started communicating with Lincoln directly and they helped me replace the vehicle with a new one in the same model from a different dealership.nnAt no time during this situation did anyone from Bergstrom contact me, other than Michelle in service. Not Julius who sold me the car, not the Sales Manager, not the Service Manager.nnThe only reason they get one star is due to the fine help from Michelle in the service department. She was honest and understanding.nnI expected more. Lesson learned. Bergstrom will never get any business from me or my family again.
Great experience. Friendly staff and they were able to get my repairs done sooner and cheaper than Les Stumpf.
Giving 5 stars for customer service for the service department, especially Andy & Courtney. Got my recall parts replaced same day, but a brake issue was missed on my initial service. Courtney noticed right away, got me a loaner car in 5 min, and the repairs were done the same day. On top of that, since the issue was a mistake on the service departments' part, they did the repair for FREE and cleaned my car.... that is above and beyond.
Had a decent selection, however no concept of customer service or even acknowledging my existence. Its all good there, there lost turned out to be my gain. Went to Summit Ford in Beaver Dam instead, better prices, better service. Waited 25+ mins, no help even after checking in at the front desk requesting a sales person.
We have bought six Ford’s just from this dealership ALONE! Every time we have visited Mitch he has listened, remembered and cared about who we are, our situation and gave us his full attention. The finance crew and EVERYONE at this dealership always is awesome to work with. We love Ford and bought our 11th Ford today thanks to these guys.
