CrossFit South Cherry

I have been to probably 10 different crossfits and Crossfit South Cherry has been my favorite so far. I've been to gyms where you feel like you are being judged for being new, or not being skilled at certain movements, but not here. I feel very welcome here, everyone is friendly, encouraging and supportive. Also the workout programming is ud83dudd25ud83dudd25ud83dudd25. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Amazing gym!! This is a family! You are always accepted and loved! Beware though it’s ADDICTING! You will never go back to a regular gym where no one knows you ud83dude00! It’s the best work out I’ve ever done. Everyday is something new and don’t be Intimidated. It can be scaled to your current shape! We work hard and play harder. You CANNOT find a better group of people. The owners listen to their athletes and the programming is spot on. Come try it! You won’t regret it! I wish I could give ten stars!

i joined CrossFit South Cherry in January of 2020 and it has been a life - changing experience. You see results in a short period of time. The coaches are very helpful and dedicated into creating unique workouts everyday. I would definitely recommend to anyone who seeks variety in their workouts and likes to be challenged!
