I took my 83 yr old mom to look for a new Van, Ultimate Ride was out first stop. they sold her a beautiful van with all the bells and whistles, (She saw it and would not look at anything else even though Amy tried. Well the day after she picked it up (After fixing 2 rust spots and no cost) she was at the gas station and it didn't start(Push button starting) She cried and was so upset, didn't star the next day for church.nThey had us bring it back and they found it to be the $12 part and while waiting to get the part in , they gave my mom the van to use (The one Amy wanted to show her a few day earlier (It has a Key)nLong story short my mother didn't want to give up temporary ride, she fell in love with it,nThey just switched them out no questions asked (The temporary one was a little more expensive) My Mom drove off that lot so HappynThank you for taking such good care of my mom Forever gratefulnDiane (Delaine) Is my mom

Bought a 2007 Yukon from Jimmy. He stood by the vehicle as it needed some simple repairs. He even lent us a vehicle while it was in being repaired. But, the most powerful thing Jimmy did for us was today. My husband had just had sinus surgery and the night before I was in the ER. It was the coldest day this winter. We entered Highway 41, and yup we had a flat tire!!! So, who do we call? You guessed it...Jimmy! And he helped us out, that’s right!!! Decency still lives in our society!! We bought the truck 3 weeks ago and he came to our rescue, no questions asked!!! Now that’s a fantastic, awesome, caring individual and salesperson!! I highly recommend this facility!!!

Mechanics have no idea how to properly torque anything down. We purchased a 2010 Rav 4 with lower miles few months ago and it has given us nothing but problems which is insane considering its a Toyota.

Bought a car less than a month ago and I’m about to dump $1500 into it for a new motor and that’s with their warranty. Should have known there were going to be issues when they had to jump the car to test drive it. Gave me a “new” battery. Basically a blem. Had I shopped around recently I would have realized their reputation and why they left Oshkosh. Total joke. First car I looked at clearly had a squirrel living inside it somewhere as I found its droppings and crumbs of food. Of course they knew nothing about that.
