Just want to give a shout out to Daniel and the service department. Last few years I’ve gone to a few different Bergstrom locations, and none of them compare how Daniel takes care of the guest. Always prepared, knowledgeable & always on the run to make sure Mr. Bergstrom’s guest are taken care of. Glad to see him grow in the company! He brings the positive energy every time!
Very great experience. Cody was a great salesman and helped out greatly! Was able to find me a truck in my price range quickly and got the process moving along.
All I want to say is Bergstrom has a hidden Gem. The last few years my family and I have been servicing our vehicles at Buick/GMC have been great. This last visit we had a young man that recently moved from California help us with our service. All I want to say, this young man did an outstanding job! We came in to pick up our vehicle after hours and I believe this young guys name is (Daniel) stated “ I don’t leave until every guest is taken care of.” That just shows how much he cares. Above and beyond and will keep bringing my vehicles back!
Frank was very polite and answered all our questions which was not very many because he explained everything well.
Crisp quality performance by entire staff. Quite evident that Bergstrom still sets the standard for complete customer service. Thank you for making the task of getting a different vehicle so much easier, stress free for a little old lady.
