I am in the beginning stages of purchasing a used vehicle. I stopped by to take a quick look at a vehicle I'd seen online. I ended up talking with Tim in sales. I test drove a vehicle and after he walked me through the buying process. He treated myself and my 3 boys wonderfully. It a great low pressure experience and I'll hopefully be buying from Tim soon!

Best car buying and customer service experience ever with no pressure to buy involved. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell every staff member truly cares about the customer. The dealership was a 2 hour drive for me and I will gladly do it again in the future if I want another vehicle. Spencer is an amazing sales person that takes care of his customers.

I had such a great experience working with Chris! I originally sent a generic inquiry from CarFax. He replied before another dealer and was very down to earth and easy to talk to on the phone. I had a list of non-negotiables I was looking for. He even drove the 2017 Encore from Lancaster to Columbia for me to test drive on a Tuesday. By Thursday, I was driving it home. He offered to drive it here but I decided to make my last trip in my Chrysler 300 with 152000 miles on it. It was waiting on the showroom floor, cleaned, and with a full tank of gas! He wore his mask at my request also. Chris handled the insurance and all other paperwork by the time I arrived in Lancaster to get the Encore. It was such a smooth and easy process. Finally, he took the tag off my Chrysler and put it on my new Encore, as I set up my OnStar account while sitting in the air conditioning of my new car. Additionally, he walked me through all the computer components ( my 300 didn’t have all that) and helped me with the My Buick app. Marty, one of the managers, also made sure I got a good deal on an extended warranty and assisted with the paperwork. I highly recommend Lancaster Motor Company, Chris, and Marty ! Great job gentlemen!
