We got our food here. My grandkids milk was spoiled. I was surprised they have always been good but now. I will not get kids meals ever there again.

Go to this particular one a lot after waiting in line for 15-20 minutes when only 3 cars were in line specifically told them what we wanted on our sandwiches when arriving at the window the lady repeated our order and realizing it was wrong she was just going to put a side of lettuce in my bag after I specifically said no tomato or onion which burger was made with no lettuce she got nasty and told us we should have said what we wanted on it and slammed the window and told us it was already made so we pulled off first time I had ever pulled off from somewhere not sure what’s going on with the customer service being in retail and food service myself for years completely unacceptable will not be returning

Not very polite this time. The food was just warm and tasted like it was held for 2 hours.nI remember the chicken sandwiches tasting better or at least tasting like chicken. I think I may have gotten a breaded piece of cardboard.

Went the other night line took forever and they had a sign up said they were short staffed closing early. Another time went lights were out closed no one there at around 5-6. Tonight the system was down. Understandable but let me sit at the speaker for 5 mins before telling me they wasn’t gonna take my order or the 6 cars behind me. Might as well close the place down. I’ve worked for bk and never in my 6 years of employment did we ever do any of that.
