Shut my water off after I paid the bill and paid the reconnect fee. I have kids and they don't care. This is the 3rd time my water has been shut off AFTER ALREADY PAYING.nUnprofessional and rude.

Will someone please hire people here with good customer service skills! OMG! Unorganized, unprofessional and lack business etiquette!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly this is 2019 the fact that I have to take off of work to pay this bill all the way in Chester (30 mins from my house) during work hours is utterly ridiculous. Then of course you hear well you can pay online - only if you have a check book. Again - this is 2019 most people don’t pay $40 for a check book. Also the website says that we would have an online payment system by December 2018. It is now a week from March 2019. Still no system. Secondly you can never get in touch with anyone at the office and always get put on hold and then eventually hung up on. I need my bill adjusted and they told me they would have someone come check. No one came. I had to call several times over 3 weeks for someone to tell me the work order was never put in. I mean everything about this just freaking ridiculous. I am literally moving out of Chester county souly based on the water company.

The worst company ever!!!!How do you pay your bill on time and they still disconnect your services. But guess what they don't care and expect me to pay a reconnection fee. Thank God I keep my bill and my receipt. We need to do something about them. They deserve no stars!!!!!!!!! Not even the one I had to give them.

If I could have rated this whatever they call themselves 0 Stars I would had !nThis is the worst water company ever. I have dealt with these people for many many years. I called February 4th 2019 because they disconnected my water claiming that they had not received payment. This was utterly and totally wrong on their part.. To get my service restored I had to make an online payment after hours of course. Then a technician was dispatched to my house and told me but there was a reconnection fee. He sat in his truck as if he wanted me to give him the money for the reconnection fee. Flat out told him that this has been taken care of already and that he would not have received a call to come and reconnect my water. This makes me wonder if he has received any type of payment on behalf of Chester Metro from customers not knowing any better.nRather than calling this place or the service Chester Metropolitan Water and Sewer District, it should be called Chester County Monopoly Water and Sewer District. This is a public utility.nI have problems with their business ethics! I am wondering what kind of screening process that they have for employees. These so-called customer service Representatives are rude and we'll just forward you off to someone. Apparently after the third call within an hour, I've learned that this has been a problem with them lately. It would be greatly appreciated if they would fix this and the relationship with their customers.nThe rates or not posted on their website. This is not transparency, this is just flat out scamming. Customers should not have to put up with this!
