Chester State Park

Chester State Park is an amazing little park. The disc golf course is top notch and it's also pretty fun that that there's the short nine-hole course. Campground was remodeled 3 years ago and is looking really good. The people that work at the park are super friendly and available to answer any questions. Highly recommend.

Site number 6 needs to be removed. Take out the tree and fence. Your website didn't say it was an extremely difficult set up. We left. I won't wreck my car or RV for a poor place to camp. Saddened that you wouldn't help us.

Very nice park for an enjoyable afternoon. Playground kept the kids occupied while water side benches did the trick for mom and dad. Very nice seating area on the lake right by camping area along the nature trail. Best part of the trail is the waterfall just beyond the spill way.

Beautiful State Park and campground. Very clean with friendly staff. Campground is near a small lake with a pier and neat patio area with a fire pit, bench swings and rocking chairs. No swimming allowed in the lake which is why we came during cooler weather. There is a very nice trail around the lake that we enjoyed hiking. They also have a nice boat house with boat rentals or you can launch your own. No gas powered boats allowed. There is a nice picnic area with playgrounds and a long bridge that others were fishing from. Campground is gravel roads in good condition. Sites are mostly level with plenty of space. We enjoyed great weather and had a great time .

Attended my nephew's 5th birthday party near the playground. Beautiful and well kept state park. Needs large communal trash cans in each gathering area. Unfortunately we had to leave our trash in the small trash can in the ladies bathroom.
