Went tonight for a combo and a hot fudge sundae. They proceed to hand me something melted so I assume it's a milkshake. I question the guy and he just looks at me crazy and insists this is my order. I take and like whatever just to get out of there. Not what I ordered. Food cold. This place doesn't care. Shut it down.
My wife ordered the food and informed me how rude these people are. Ordered a hot fudge Sunday and got some mystery milk shake my daughter did try and hated. Gave me diet coke instead of Dr. Pepper. No straw, no spoon, no napkins, no anything to help eat, drink or clean up; I am surprised they got the chicken sandwich plan with cheese right. Fries luke warm but edible. When she questioned the order they closed the window on her and ignored her.
One drive thru lane open with several cars. Car in front of me was at the speaker when I dove up at 6:33pm. Car in front of me finally got someone on the intercom at 6:41 pm finally had to call the restaurant. Car in front of me got angry trying to get someone on the intercom and finally just drove to the window. This is pathetic service. The burger was cold, not even warm and the burger tiff. Waste of money as it was not edible.
So very pleased today with my food. Whopper combo and Chicken fries combo. All hott and very good and faster service. Glad it has new staffing.
Great food. Fast and friendly service. Hershey pie is a must!
