I want to start by saying I do recommend visiting this location... That being said... Today, for the first time ever, they didn't have what I had been spefically hunting. Even so, I still think this is one of the better locations to visit in this area. The inventory is great. The employees are great too, I would say just about every visit I have been greeted upon entering. Employees also are usually quick to see if customers need any help. Never encountered any problems at checkout either.

These stores are good for pickup of online orders to save 15 to 20 percent on order.

The parts I get from here are quality parts. However, the customer service end in order fulfillment is the reason for two stars. I have ordered brake pads and rotors online on several occasions. The last two times they fulfilled my order with the wrong pads. After breaking everything down, I had to stop work to go back to the store to get the correct part. Yes, I double checked and made sure I had originally ordered the correct part.nnAside from that, I went in yesterday to return incorrect brake pads and one of their workers (Vicky) was going nuts about a engine monitoring tool that wasn't working. She was talking to the other workers like they were dogs. It was an unprofessional way to act.

Very unprofessional! The lady at the front didn’t even wanna help me I called and ask for pricing she put me on hold and hung up . I called back and they picked up and hung up
