Ordered a buttermilk crispy sandwich. The sandwich appeared to be thrown together with the condiments practically on the side of the sandwich. Which isn’t that bad for me to place them on the chicken. The chicken itself was not fully cooked. It had that rubbery texture. It’s moments like this that will make anyone stop eating fast food.

Usually pretty good and quick... Tonight for some reason it took 20 minutes to get our food (not a big deal, we'll wait, I'm not going to complain about waiting for food when it's obvious they're busy) we got home pull the food out the order was right but the Big Mac sauce was so disgustingly sour and rotten.... I had to throw the whole Burger away. I called to make sure they knew to just check the sauce and toss it because it's not good... the guy that answered the phone said he would and he took my name so that I could get a Big Mac the next time we come in, (I don't expect to get a free Burger) but I really hope they start checking their food.... Somebody could get really sick from something like that.

Absolutely terrible (as usual) we ordered large combos, paid for large combos, got medium combos with large drinks. We said something to the girl that brought out our food and she said she would get the correct fries. The other girl out there asked what we were waiting on and we told her. We waited and waited and waited (at least 10 more minutes) when the second girl we spoke to comes back to ask why we were still there and I told her we were waiting on the fries we were supposed to get the first time but didn't. She came back out with two large fries and said whoever rang our order up put us down for medium combos. Keep in mind we got large drinks already in the car. We show her the receipt and all she says is I don't know what to tell you, oh well. To top it all off one of my cheeseburgers was missing cheese. They did nothing about that.
