Amazing owner! Probably one of the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. There’s no way my move would have been possible without his help! Trust me, If you want U-haul services in weatherford please go to Jays! He will make your move a lot more easier and convenient!
The best place to rent a Uhaul. No extra paperwork, no extra fees and he doesn’t over charge or keep holds on your card. Hours are great, and he always has trucks in stock and ready to roll.
We didn’t deal with the actual owner, but definitely DO NOT do the 24/7 truck share at this location. The address listed does not correspond with the actual location, so you can’t pick up the truck you rented due to this. We were on the phone with uhaul for over an hour, and they were trying to send us to locations all the way in OKC because of this inconvenience.
Maybe the best customer service I've ever had. Left my keys three hours away and he managed to get us another day free while my wife came down with them the next day.
Very nice owner, works with you. And can recommend storage places
