They raise the rent and charge an extra 100$ for water it’s nice but they shouldn’t charge that much
This is one of the few quality parks in the area. Management is responsive, the park is peaceful and quiet, and the homes are nicely spaced apart so you don’t feel like you’re on top of someone else. The park itself just feels different than every other park in the area. Also, the address is on Highway 183, but the park itself is set back from the road, so you don’t hear any road noise.
Staff is very friendly and attentive to tenants needs. They really make it feel like a family and community.
Golden West is a great place to live. Excellent facilities and it is very well managed - it gets better all the time. A fantastic community to live in.
