I hope I'm not being too generous with four stars. Tammy is a nice teller. The other tellers are okay, too. There was one time, though where I spoke with a temporary manager named Aaron or Eric I believe. He was incredibly rude and had an ego the size of Texas. He refused to listen to my situation, refused to try and work with me and offer a solution, raised his voice at me and hypocritically accused me of constantly interrupting him .nnHe was so rude, in fact, that I called customer service for help instead and they encouraged me to report him, which is what ended up happening. Good. I hope none of you have to deal with this guy's attitude. Maybe he'll learn.
Bank hours are 930 to 4pm. Not very convenient for the working class... The primary population you serve.
I call and call. No-one is picking up the phone. Tried several days now. Very frustrating!
Excellent customer service, wonderful tellers, warm environment. Aaron, the branch manager, is always friendly and eager to help. Thank you Chase for going above and beyond, every time!
