Trust me, you DON'T want this banking experience! You can't even communicate what you need through that Brandi woman's interruptions. She'll literally cut you off every time you start a sentence and start talking about what she ASSUMES you called about, because she wont actually let you talk about what you need. Then she'll get a ghetto attitude when you point out her extreme unprofessionalism. There's so so many other banking options, don't stay with one that hires such trash.
Out of all the banks I've tried to do my business with BancFirst has somehow out done the others. I've only heard positive feedback about this bank.
