The customer service is outstanding I called they had what i need. Half inch socket in and out real eazy
True Value has been my go to for my hardware needs for 30 years. After visiting the Wilburton, OK location on Nov 28th 2020, I can say with certainty that I will never step foot in another True Value. Out of the 8 employees on the floor not a single employee had a mask on, it was a total disregard for human life. I came up here to do a complete remodel of a home that’s been torn down to the studs, it needs an entirely new plumbing and electrical systems among other things. For management’s ineptitude, I will be taking my pile of coffers to Ace Hardware or Lowe’s in Mcalister to get what I require. Management should review their mask policy as it’s costing them a significant amount of sales.
I was they're asked if I needed help first thing I like that store. Found what I needed.
Staff at this location is always very helpful in getting you exactly what you need.
Middle of a pandemic and not a soul can be bothered with wearing a mask. Selfishness at it's finest.
