It's a great place to get in shape very friendly people and atmosphere.
Best gym in town!! I’ve been a member since the beginning, and I won’t go to any other gym again. This is the only gym I’ve ever felt accepted without judgment! The staff is like family & treats you as such!! They work hard to help you reach your health goals any way they can. I recommend this gym to everyone I know & anyone I don’t!

Very friendly staff and a great selection of equipment. Have had a great experience so far and everyone is very helpful and encouraging. The type of gym I enjoy to come to and get a great workout in.
Crooked management.embezzlement allegations from employees. DO NOT go here. My wife could not get out of her contract. When she thought she got out of it they kept taking money off her card they said they removed from the system.nnIf the funds were there a lawsuit would be appropriate.
