Waited a while to get my order in the they had me pull around to get my order. No wonder this place is never busy at all. Also my foot was cold. Definitely won’t be back.

Waited in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes for a 12 piece and 3 sides! They didn't even tell me there was a wait until after I paid or I would have gone somewhere else. Tried to go inside to get my money back but the door was locked even though they don't close for another hour. So I pull around and knock on the window and ask for my money back because I'd been waiting so long. They asked me not to leave because my chicken was ready and they were waiting on Mac n cheese I told them forget it and just give me what was ready. They were nice about it and apologetic but they NEED MUCH BETTER management here. I won't ever be back!!

I am a white american 53 year old and never been discriminated against until today at KFC 2830 S Douglas. My son and I began to place our order, I was interrupted by the very young black girl to put our mask on so we complied. Made our order and got our food and set down to eat. Ten minutes later a black guy and his son came in no mask and she never told them to comply. Just saying, discrimination comes from everybody.

I went there five minutes before it opened they opened on time and gave me really good service with a smile
