Lots of chicken in lots of different ways. Different options depending on what you feel like, and different spice levels if you want wings. Be careful of the Insane wings unless you're really down to feel the burn!

Half the chicken was burnt. They served it anyway. The rest of the food was good. I had to wait for the chicken to be cooked, really disappointed.

Hit and miss sometimes. One day the chicken and salad is delicious...like yesterday it was horrible. Chicken tasted old, the lettuce was brown and cucumbers was chewy and tasteless. I guess because the store was closed days after the snow storm...they gave out old food...saved from Monday...Tuesday and Wednesday this location was not open. Sad to think they would give out old food like that probably they didn't wish to throw it out, which is what they should have done.

Zaxby's was terrific when it first opened. They cared about customer service and were always appreciative of your patronage. They genuinely wanted to know (and to fix) anything that wasn't perfect. Unfortunately, they abandoned that philosophy a while ago.nnBesides the grumpy order takers, the portion size has dropped noticeably (some of the Fingers are barely larger than McD's nuggets!). Just be grateful if you get more than a half-dozen french fries.nnOrder options are also reduced. For example, you used to be able to substitute the slaw with something else on a plate. No more. You get fries and slaw with your plate or don't order it.nnFortunately, there's plenty of other chicken options in the area that are better than Zaxby's. Canes and Chick-Fil-A are 2 great alternatives.
