Firehouse Subs Douglas Blvd.

We love the food, but the staff is extremely rude to each other and customers. One of the employees was practically yelling at the cashier over a mistake In front of all the customers. The cashier was an elderly women I believe her name was Andrea maybe. You could tell she was upset. It was very sad. That’s not the first time I’ve been in there with that particular employee being rude. I also see other reviews about the rude employees, so why is management not doing anything? It’s completely unacceptable in my opinion.

This location is normally good. However, these past few visits, the quality of the subs have gone down.... anywhere from soggy bread to wrong orders received. The staff is nice and friendly (hence the two stars). I know they get busy and probably have new employees too, but it gets old having to scrape onions and peppers out of a soggy sandwich. Ended up throwing the sandwich away.

Subway who? This was my first time trying this place out and it was amazing! Hands down the best sandwiches I've had.

Customer service was great. The sandwiches was nice but not what I thought but its okay.

Clean, professional, and quite tasty. I had never tried Firehouse because I was under the assumption that they only had hot Subs. This is not the case, you can order any of their subs hot or cold. They also have a variety of soups, chili, mac and cheese and side salads. I will definitely visit again.
