Customer service is very good. I would definitely recommend them to get a new squawk box as the one that they have either has a very low volume setting or the people on the other side have very low tone voices. Food is as usual very good. Definitely recommend the western bacon cheeseburger as it is my favorite. Hope this helps. Only reason I am giving it for stars is due to the fact that I'd requested barbecue sauce and received none and requested napkins but did not receive them. But I will return. I enjoy Carl's Jr

Foods decent. They could try harder... lol

My wife and I had really grown fond of the burritos and other Mexican dishes they had, but they got rid of them. They then started selling chili dogs, and we liked those as well, and they quit selling them. Everything they put on their menu that we like, they turn around and get rid of. So we just don't bother going there anymore.

Love this place. Try the bbq sauce of the line. Delicious with the fries.
