I order a stuffed crust pizza from Papa Johns January 2021 and had it delivered. The pizza was NOT good at all. When we picked up a slice everything slide off, the crust was paper thin and sloppy. I called and spoke to a female manager who apologized and asked if I wanted another pizza delivered that night or a credit for a free pizza on my next order. It was already late so I excepted the credit. Today I called to receiventhe free pizza and spoke to Vernon at the Midwest City Oklahoma location. He was RUDE as HELL and refused to replace the pizza. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Easy order online and good website ...nStore need some more attractions to it during the day it looks closed with lights off even open sign wasn't lit. The business next door sign is on so go in the correct door. Pizza was made correct and fresh employee washed her hand and had a mask on.

Pizza was sloppy. All of the cheese was in the center 50% of the pizza. The rest was bubbled bread. Semi undercooked. Semi burned. What happened? Oh papa John is gone. Diiisssssaaaapoinnteedddddddddd.nnEDIT: Since my last review I was contacted by Papa John’s and received a replacement. I expected better than before, but honestly the pizza I got tonight was 12/10. Best pizza I have had in months. Thank you!

I've had a bad experience with our Papa John's where I'm from but nothing tops the rudeness and hateful attitude from the manager Vernon here. I thought different town, different hospitality but boy was I wrong. Will not try another one, idc where I'm atud83dude20
