Had a bad customer service experience today in Customer Service. SMH

Bought a toaster from this Walmart. There was no toaster in the box; it was a weighted blanket instead and when I called about it same day they said I could come and exchange it or get my money back and when I did they instead accused me of stealing...

Eric who works in the return department was super helpful. He was the most helpful associate I’ve ever spoken with at this Walmart. Eric did his best to assist and went out of his way. Unfortunately things were out of his hands. They better keep this guy. Best employee they have!!!

Wish people would mind the directional arrows. And do not expect to check out with a real person. Lots of self check out lines

The Walmart is looks so clean and neatly arranged things. Can able to see the sections name easily from far away, especially clearance section had a big flag to notice easily. Over all great purchasing experience.
