Davis Paint & Collision provided excellent, fast service with the repair to my car. The turn around time was fast. When I picked up my car if was freshly washed and cleaned inside and out. The customer service I received was top notch. Friendly staff and professional customer service all around. They kept me update on the process from start to finish. I highly recommend Davis Paint & Collision.

I am pleased with excellent job they did.nThey had been delayed in getting to the vehicle and removed the tail gate so I could still drive the vehicle. Because the reinstalling the tailgate took two hours, they provided a loaner car so I didn’t need to wait in the reinstall.nThey very customer friendly!nI would highly recommend..

My car antenna was knocked off at a car wash in Dec. I contacted Chase at Davis paint and collision in Midwest city about replacing the antenna. A new antenna had to be ordered, but he attached the previous one temporarily so the wiring was protected.nnChase personally contacted me when the part arrived and gave me the price quote for the work. We scheduled the appointment for this morning and he informed me it would take about two hours. I informed him that I would have to wait while they repair the car.nnThe receptionist Jessica, greeted me when I arrived and was very hospitable. I was impressed when she enforced the mask policy with someone who entered the office. When he became belligerent, the regional manager, Brian Davis, stepped in and took care of that customer outside. Jessica also took the temperatures of all employees in the garage in the office, so it is reassuring to know that they are very aware of Covid and are determined to keep it out of their workplace.nnBrian, Chase, Jessica, and Brennan (?) all wore masks in the office and reception area, kept their social, distance, continually updated the status on my car via text, and were very concerned about my comfort and safety.nI was watching the inauguration on my phone, and the regional manager Brian offered to turn on the TV so I can watch it on the big screen and not use all of my phone battery.nnI had used Davis paint and collision wants before and was so impressed by their service and honesty that I did not hesitate to bring more business to them. My sister also took her Subaru to them after being rear ended going to work. She was just as impressed as I was with the professionalism, service, and quality of work.

They helped fix my truck quickly, and kept me updated the whole time. Everyone who I talked to, was very nice and helpful. They explained everything they did, and helped me understand the whole process. They even washed my truck before I picked it up. Very good place to take your car or truck to be fixed.
