Rapid is the only place I’ll take my care. Stephen (the owner) is very professional, personable and actually cares about his customers needs and safety while being fair. The crew is knowledgeable and work quickly making sure they live up to their name. The customer service and welcoming environment is sure to make any one always choose Rapid!

Steven and his team are the best in the field. I dropped off my car at 8am, and they called me with diagnostics and price quote within 20 minutes. I assumed that my car would be in their hands over the weekend, since I dropped it off on a Friday and my vehicle had several issues, but by that afternoon my car was complete and ready for pickup! This team is incredible at what they do and they were a pleasure to visit with. Very clean, very professional. Our vehicles will only EVER go to Steven and his team.

Rapid auto has been the most loyal and honest repair shop I have ever been to. My dad passed away in September and we are saving his truck for my son so we drive it around to keep it going and it started to overheat. I took it over there cause without my dad, I have no idea what I’m doing. It was a cheap and easy fix and they could’ve charged me whatever and I would be none the wiser. I paid for my part and some antifreeze and he did the quick fix for free. My family and I will never go anywhere else now. They took care of us when we were at our lowest and we are forever grateful.

I took my vehicle in for issues with the driver window and was shocked how quick I received a phone call saying it was done. I was very pleased with the honesty and recommendation from them which I know saved me money. A dealership would have no doubt gone the most unnecessary expensive route to fix my window. I recommend Rapid Service Center and will go back for any car issues.

I’m new to OKC and came in on the recommendation of my cousin. Stephen was so professional and extremely quick. The entire staff was helpful and polite, walking me through the process in a very helpful manner. The waiting area is very nice and clean with fresh water for customers. I highly recommend coming in for any automotive needs.
