Very busy but very helpful. The new guy even stuck around to help clear us out before leaving. Nice guys.
It has one than more star because they at the very least always have what I am looking for. As for customer service it is way beyond lacking. I have once waited more than ten minutes calling for employees that are in the back talking, but paying no attention to the fact they have multiple customers in a line. Apparently because a pos system is down they can not check things out, even though it's simple math and lists if a customer is paying cash. Apparently math without a computer is a thing of the past here.

Won't help people waiting in line. They jump around and help who they want. I use to go here all the time and I see why people are changing from auto zone to O'rileys. I suggest going to them.
