Got my hair cut in a bob yesterday. Washed and blew my hair dry this morning. Left side is longer than the other. I called the shop and told the person that answered the phone my problem. Was told both stylists were doing color. She was searching the appointment book for an opening. I guess neither one had time for me. I told the person just never mind. My feeling on this is: it would have only taken less than 5 minutes to correct the problem and they would have had a happy customer. I already paid and tipped the stylist, so I guess I had no priority at all. This was my first and last time there and they lost a customer.
Jennifer does a few at job on my hair, and The Jem is really well done. Highly recommend.
They did a great job on my hair and makeup for a wedding I was in. I got my makeup done at 11am and it lasted all night.
Lydia cant cut hair wtd terrible now I have to go get some one to fix it. It's bad. Dont go there
