He was very busy but still fast friendly service considering how busy he was!
I have never been disappointed by any type of service performed for me. This is not an 'up-tight' shop where they treat you like you don't matter. I feel like a person not just a customer.
I needed air in one of my tires, he had just got through putting air in someone else when I came up and needed the same thing and it was the first morning the temperature had changed and he didn't charge us anything. I had been going somewhere else that charged me every time. It was just so nice. This is where I will go when I need new tires.
Worst service ever. Got there about 3:30 pm and was told by one young man that I would have to wait for another young man to be done. After 20 minutes someone finally asked me what I needed. I was told they could get top me around 4:30 p.m. Lo and behold at 4:25 pm I'm told they can't take care of me today as they had to finish they trailer they were working on. I left and went to Lee's Tire across from TH Rodgers in Madill and was taken care of immediately. On the way home we passed by Mike's Tire and they had another big truck there now. If they only care about working on semis then they should say so and not waste peoples time. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Very good, fast ,friendly customer service. You are treated like family not just a customer.
