S.A.M. Check Cashing Machine

It wont work for personal checks unless you've processed 8 payroll checks beforehand. Before going I checked out Sam online and it said it did take personal checks but didnt mention anything about payroll. To note, it charges minimum $5-$6 or 3%. I rated 3 stars due to me not being eligible but if you have payroll it should work. It did waste about 5 minutes of my time but whatever.

Wish i could give it zero stars. Drove all over the city yesterday tracking this machine down because it reports to be in places it is not .
