Good Morning. I just had the most amazing experience with a storage associate Rodney. He walked me through the process easily in regards to securing my storage unit. Rodney was knowledgeable, prompt and professional in every detail with explaining my paperwork. This young man made my rental agreement fantastic and optimistic. I also enjoyed his patience and care with showing me how to lock or unlock the facility or the code that I should use to enter and exit. What a lifesaver? If you ever needing a storage unit, call or ask for Rodney. Because he will not disappoint.

It was very clean and organized inside the lady that helped me her name was Maddie and she was very kind and very communicative and helpful. Everything looked pretty good to me. Too bad it's not like that everywhere you go.

Tiffani was a great help and provided excellent customer service for us today. We also got an amazing $1 move in special on a 10x12 unit with no notice. Highly recommend if you have any storage needs!!!
