First experience at a Melting Pot and it was everything I expected it to be and more. We thoroughly enjoyed the 4 course meal. We had a fabulous time. Our server was great, she did a great job at explaining what to expect, checked on us now n then and was simply very friendly. Host was very nice even though we didn’t RSVP. We got seated and didn’t had to wait. I advice to call ahead. Service given was excellent. Waiter Mason M. was a great help explaining the menu and had good recommendations. Food was delicious and lots of fun ud83eudd29. Drinks definitely a must try! Different seating areas so one can have a romantic evening. One thing I was a bit disappointed was the lady’s room was a mess. Definitely something that needs to be kept clean.

Customer service was amazing! From the hostess to the waitresses the experience was awesome. Mason M made the experience easy due to his knowledge and recommendations for 1st timers at the restaurant. Food and presentation was a 5 star.nThe reason for not a 5 was the powder room (restrooms). After some drinks and lots of water the powder room was needed. Been a busy day for the restaurant extra attention in that area would have boost my review. (Just a recommendation)

READ THIS IF YOU'RE GOING HERE**nSo, we had a great time here. But I want to tell people what to expect. First of all, the menu is amazing and the food is VERY good. BUT, you are the person who cooks all your own food. No one is cooking for you. And I think people forget this. I've talked to a few people who didn't like it because they had to cook their own food ud83eudd23ud83eudd23ud83eudd23 so make sure you know that. Also, the menu is confusing because you have to pick your proteins, ingredients etc. But just go with what sounds good to you because it's all amazing. Be prepared to have alot of fun and conversation and adventure.

Amazing!!! I mean from the cheese to the chocolate and all the meat in between you will leave full and stuffed! Or just come for some chocolate fondue! Makes a great date night or fun ladies Night! Definitely an experience. Expect to spend about $50 a person for food alone. It's so worth it!
