Coon Creek Cove

Wow, as usual impressed with the care and maintenance of Army Corp parks. Lake was very low, so no usable boat ramp. Large clean private bath house. Sites were large with nice angles for lake viewing. Lots of grass and trees. Dump station easily accessed at exit.

An absolutely beautiful place. The lake was low, so we had to drive a while to find a place deep enough to put in the boat; but apart from that, we had a spectacular time. Plenty of fish and an unexpected pelican population.

Great place for family camping and gathering. Great shower and bathroom compilation. Play area for kids.nBoat dock and ramp is something else, why the Corp doesn't take credit of this horrible area is be on belief

Very nice campground with really clean bathrooms/showers available. The spots are well spaced with lots of shady trees. The picnic tables have metal awnings covering them too.

Excellent campground. Nice playground, nice restrooms, and a nice boat ramp.
