This is my favorite location. It is frustrating that I have to wait for someone to come to the counter for so long. When I go in most of the employees are on their phones sitting at a table near the counter loosely checking every once in a while. Other than that I do like the set up. But if I am in a hurry and planning on using the black card services I usually go to a different so I don't have wait to be noticed.
Equipment is fine. Exactly what you’d expect for a planet fitness. However the benches and some of the machines are nasty. You can see built up dirty and grit laying between the seats.
This is my favorite out of the Planet Fitness Gyms. It feels brighter, and friendlier, than the one on May Avenue. May is good, but it's darker and feels cramped there. It's all about atmosphere for me.
