These are new storage units that are well taken care of. Response time is quick and professional. The mailing address is also easy to find. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.
Parents rented a unit for a few months while waiting to move into their new house. Quick response time with questions and extension of rental. Units clean and in good shape.
Quality units with quick response times. The reasonable price made my decision to rent with Conger Storage a no brainer.
The storage unit seems to have issues receiving and sending mail. I originally signed a contract that was later to be mailed to me, I never received it until a month later when it was remailed. I mailed in this months rent and received a message it was not received. I was contacted by one of the employees Cassey who advised I should drop it off in empty unit 16 and let him know where it was. I did as he asked and sent photos to him showing I dropped it off. Cassey said he never received the photos or second check. Not sure what is happening but I have important things in the unit that I don't want to lose because Conger Storage keeps saying they are not receiving my payments.
