I arrived at Merit Chevrolet, without an appointment. A young lady came out and took information. I went to the waiting area. I didn't time the time I waited. I was surprised when I was told my car was ready. The oil was changed and a recalled part was replaced. All good.

Nichole was great to work with. She listened to what we were looking for, very personable and kind in helping us find the right vehicle for my mom. Thank you for making the experience an easy process.

A big shout out to Nicole and Scott. I am astatic over my new truck!!! I couldn’t sleep the first night that I had the truck, I was like a kid with a new toy. WOW!!! I get excited just talking about it!!! Nicole was awesome, showed me all the gadgets and we all went for a test ride. I was sold! We all sat down and talked financing and then Nicole brought in the heavy artillery, Scott . He showed me some numbers and we made a deal . Hel got me approved for my loan and I was set for my new adventure. Thanks for taking care of me and I can’t wait to come back!
