This was hands down the best auto purchasing experience we’ve ever had. We arrived 10 minutes before they closed and without hesitation we were offered a test drive. This wasn’t the most expensive car on the lot and they could have easily turned us away. (which would have been OK given our late arrival). We were assisted by Mike Terrel and Jordan. Both of them were patient in answering all of our questions about the vehicle and Jordan was more than reasonable with the out the door cost for us.

Still cannot get truck registered. They will take zero responsibility for their incompetence. As an out-of-state perpetual traveler I purchased a truck here. I was forced to list a “home address”, despite having only a piece of raw land in another state. I gave SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS to contact me once they had a title to send, and I would determine a place to send it. They ignored the written instructions I saw the salesman write, and mailed the title to a place that cannot receive mail... raw rural ground in a remote area. The title is now lost, and no state will register the truck. BIG S refuses to obtain an actual replacement title, claiming a “certified copy” is good enough. It is not. So I have a parked truck (now for over 5months) I cannot register or drive.

Make shopping and buying a car very simple. I got to look at the cars in my price range online before heading out. Drove the three cars that I wanted to look at and bought one of them. Thank you for making my day better

Purchased an older, used SUV at a reasonable price. Quick in and out process.
